Your data processed when using our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose for its storage ceases to apply, provided the deletion of the data is not contradicted by any statutory storage obligations or unless otherwise specified below.
Cookies
a) Session Cookies
We use so-called cookies on our website. Cookies are small text files or other storage technologies that are stored and saved on your end device by the Internet browser you use. These cookies process certain information about you on an individual basis, such as your browser or location data or your IP address.
This processing makes our website more user-friendly, more effective and more secure, as the processing is used, for example, to reproduce our website offer in different languages or to offer a shopping cart function.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO, insofar as these cookies process data for the purpose of initiating or processing contractual relationships.
If the processing is not for the purpose of initiating or processing a contract, our legitimate interest lies in improving the functionality of our website. The legal basis is then Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO.
When you close your browser, these session cookies are deleted.
b) Third-party cookies
It is also possible that third-party cookies are stored on your terminal device when you use our website. These are cookies that are set by third parties to collect certain information about your usage behaviour. Please refer to the information below for details about specific third-party cookies used.
c) Disabling cookies
You can prevent or restrict the installation of cookies by setting your Internet browser. You can also delete cookies that have already been saved at any time. However, the steps and measures required to do so depend on the specific Internet browser you are using. If you have any questions, please use the help function or documentation of your Internet browser or contact its manufacturer or support.
However, if you prevent or restrict the installation of cookies, it may mean that not all functions of our website can be used to their full extent.
Contact form / Contact via e-mail
If you contact us via a contact form or by e-mail, the data you provide will be used to process your enquiry. The provision of the data is necessary for the processing and answering of your enquiry — without the provision of the data we cannot answer your enquiry or can only answer it to a limited extent.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO.
Your data will be deleted if your enquiry has been conclusively answered and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory retention obligations, such as in the case of a subsequent contract.
YouTube
We use YouTube on our website. This is a video portal of YouTube LLC., 901 Cherry Ave., 94066 San Bruno, CA, USA, hereinafter referred to as “YouTube”.
YouTube is a subsidiary of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to as “Google”.
Through certification under the EU-US Privacy Shield, Google and thus its subsidiary YouTube guarantee that the EU data protection regulations are also observed when processing data in the USA.
We use YouTube for the purpose of embedding videos in a privacy-friendly manner. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. Our legitimate interest lies in the quality improvement of our Internet presence.
The connection to YouTube is established when you access a page of our website on which a YouTube video is embedded. This connection is necessary to display the respective video on our website via your Internet browser. YouTube will at least collect and process your IP address, the date and time as well as the website you have visited. In addition, a connection to the Google advertising network “DoubleClick” is established.
If you are logged in to YouTube at the same time, YouTube will assign the connection information to your YouTube account. If you want to prevent this, you must either log out of YouTube before visiting our website or change the appropriate settings in your YouTube user account.
For the purpose of functionality and analysis of usage behaviour, YouTube permanently stores cookies on your terminal device via your Internet browser. If you do not agree with this processing, you have the option of preventing the storage of cookies by adjusting your Internet browser settings. Further information can be found above under “Cookies”.
Further information about the collection and use of data and your rights and options for protection is provided by Google in the privacy policy available at https://policies.google.com/privacy
We maintain an online presence on LinkedIn to present our company and our services and to communicate with customers/prospects. LinkedIn is a service of LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland, a subsidiary of LinkedIn Corporation, 1000 W. Maude Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94085, USA.
In this regard, we would like to point out that your data may be processed outside the European Union and the European Economic Area and that there may therefore be risks for users. For users in the USA, the data may be processed on servers in the USA.
We would also like to point out that user data is usually processed for market research and advertising purposes. For example, usage profiles can be created from the usage behaviour of users. The usage profiles can in turn be used to place advertisements within and outside the platforms that presumably correspond to the interests of the users.
Further information on the processing of your data by LinkedIn can be found in their privacy policy at https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics on our website. This is a web analysis service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to as “Google”.
Through certification under the EU-US Privacy Shield, Google guarantees that EU data protection requirements are also met when processing data in the USA.
The Google Analytics service is used to analyse the usage behaviour of our website. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. Our legitimate interest lies in the analysis, optimisation and economic operation of our website.
Usage and user-related information, such as IP address, location, time or frequency of visits to our website, is transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, we use Google Analytics with the so-called anonymisation function. This function enables Google to shorten the IP address within the EU or EEA before it is transmitted to the USA.
Google may transfer the data collected in this way to a third party if this is required by law or if Google commissions the data processing by a third party.
Google states that it will not connect your IP address with other Google data. In addition, Google provides further information on data protection at https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/partners
In addition, Google offers a deactivation add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de for the most common Internet browsers, which provides you with more control over the data that Google collects when you visit our website.
Google Maps
We use Google Maps on our website to display our location and to create route descriptions. This is a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to as “Google”.
Through certification under the EU-US Privacy Shield, Google guarantees that the EU data protection regulations are also observed when processing data in the USA.
To enable the display of certain fonts on our website, a connection to the Google server in the USA is established when our website is called up.
If you access the Google Maps component on our website, Google will store a cookie on your terminal device via your Internet browser. Your user settings and data are processed in order to display our location and create a route description. We cannot exclude the possibility that Google will use servers in the USA.
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. Our legitimate interest lies in the optimisation of the functionality of our Internet presence.
By connecting to Google in this way, Google can determine from which website your request has been sent and to which IP address the route directions should be transmitted.
If you do not agree to this processing, you have the option of preventing the installation of cookies by making the appropriate settings in your Internet browser. Details can be found above under the heading “Cookies”.
In addition, the use of Google Maps and the information obtained through Google Maps is governed by the Google Terms of Use and the Terms of Use for Google Maps.
Google also offers further information at https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated and https://policies.google.com/privacy

This data is stored temporarily, but not together with other data about you. This storage takes place on the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. Our legitimate interest lies in the improvement, stability, functionality and security of our Internet presence.
