One portfolio, different treatment tasks

RF-HCF and RF-VCF separate suspended solids using pile cloth media. They can form a tertiary polishing stage downstream of biological treatment. RF-RBC combines a rotating biological contactor with cloth filtration for the solids released by the biological stage. These duties require different design assumptions.

Discuss the treatment goal, filter cloth and system configuration with R+F. We can supply complete systems; the contractual scope, project execution and service arrangements are agreed for each application. Replacement cloth remains available as a separate inquiry.

Media selection for RF-HCF and RF-VCF

Select the cloth and hardware together. Influent solids, particle characteristics and the required effluent quality determine the appropriate media grade. A finer cloth does not by itself guarantee a phosphorus limit or a particular flow rate.

Which treatment system should I choose?

Start with the treatment task. For suspended-solids polishing, compare RF-HCF and RF-VCF against site layout and hydraulic and solids loads. For biological treatment followed by solids capture, discuss RF-RBC. Final selection requires an engineering review.

Can I order only replacement filter cloth?

Yes. R+F filter media can be requested separately for existing disc and drum filters. Suitability depends on the frame dimensions, fastening arrangement, current media and treatment conditions.
